Before booking on to a course, please ensure you read through all of the Terms and Conditions as detailed below.

If you have any questions, please do reach out to me.

I never want finance to be a barrier to accessing the course, so please get in touch if you’d like to discuss a payment plan. Details about payment plan agreements can be found below.

THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS REFERS TO:

Definitions:
Emily Bray - Course Trainer
Trainee Practitioner or Practitioner - The individual booking a training course

COURSE FEES

Emily Bray reserves the right to update course fees at any time. However, once your 10% deposit has been paid, the remaining balance will remain fixed at the rate agreed at the time of booking.

COURSE PAYMENT

A non-refundable 10% deposit is required to secure your place on the course. Your booking is not confirmed until this deposit has been received.

The remaining balance may be paid in one of the following ways:

  • In full, ideally at least 3 weeks before the course start date

  • Via an agreed payment plan arranged directly with Emily Bray; or

  • In full at the time of booking.

PAYMENT PLANS

Where a payment plan has been agreed, payments are typically made via bank transfer and must be completed in accordance with the agreed schedule. A Payment Plan Agreement will be issued and you will be asked to sign this.

The Trainee Practitioner remains responsible for ensuring all instalments are paid on time. If a payment is missed or delayed, Emily Bray will make reasonable attempts to contact the Trainee Practitioner to resolve the issue.

Late payments may incur a £10 administration fee.

Failure to make payments on time may result in temporary suspension of access to course materials, mentoring, online learning resources, and private practitioner groups until the account is brought up to date.

Persistent non-payment may result in withdrawal from the course, including access to training materials, practitioner groups and CPD events. Any outstanding balance will remain payable.

Course completion within payment period - If you complete all the required parts of the training before the end of the payment period, a certificate can be issued, providing 50% of the full course fee has been paid. The remaining balance will continue being paid in instalments until the full fee has been paid.

cancellation policy

If you choose to cancel your place on the course, the following applies:

  • Cancellations made more than 21 days before the course start date will receive a refund of any payments made, minus the 10% non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 21 days of the course start date are non-refundable due to the limited number of course spaces and the preparation and costs associated with delivering the training.

In the unlikely event that Emily Bray needs to cancel or reschedule the course, you will be offered an alternative date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled course, a full refund of any payments made will be issued.

COURSE MATERIALS

The pre and post course learning materials will be sent to you once the deposit (or full) payment has been received.

Details of the learning modules can be found here:
Training Page under “10 Steps to Becoming an Independent Hypnobirthing Practitioner”.

REFUNDS

Once pre-course materials have been accessed or the course has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

It is the responsibility of the Trainee Practitioner to ensure they have read all course information prior to booking. No refunds are given for change of mind, partial completion, or non-attendance.

CERTIFICATION

Certification is issued upon successful completion of all required pre and post-course work.

Trainee Practitioners must complete all course requirements before receiving certification and being eligible to apply for insurance as a Hypnobirthing Practitioner.

All submitted coursework will be reviewed using an AI detection checker. If more than 10% of the submitted content is identified as AI-generated, the Trainee Practitioner will be required to review and resubmit the work before certification can be issued.

An End of Course Disclosure will be provided for review and signature in line with professional training standards and accreditation guidance (including FEDANT alignment).

Upon completion, practitioners may be invited to join the FEDANT register, providing external recognition of training quality.

CONFIDENTIALITY

During and after the course, Trainee Practitioners may be exposed to confidential information shared within the training environment or private practitioner group, including personal experiences or case discussions.

All information shared during the course and within the practitioner group must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared externally.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All course materials, content, and resources remain the intellectual property of Emily Bray and must not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Unauthorised use or distribution of course materials may result in legal action.

Emily Bray also respects and protects any intellectual property or business information shared by Trainee Practitioners during the course.
