MY WHY
Since 2017, I’ve supported women, birthing people and families as a doula, witnessing countless remarkable journeys into parenthood. One thing has become clear: each stage — pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood — impacts the next. This inspired me to create a comprehensive antenatal and hypnobirthing course that goes beyond the basics, combining practical, emotional, and hypnobirthing tools to help parents feel truly prepared.
My course includes all the antenatal education you expect, plus evidence-based hypnobirthing techniques, and even covers postnatal preparation — addressing the things many parents wish they had known beforehand. By offering the full spectrum of support, it’s also a cost-effective way to feel ready for every stage of the journey.
Additionally, I have brought together fellow practitioners to share their wisdom and to create spaces for more parents to gain the support they need.
I also know that making connections with other parents is important. That’s why the course runs across multiple sessions, giving you time to build friendships and share experiences with fellow parents.
I’m deeply immersed in this work — not only as a doula, but also as a Doula Coach and Hypnobirthing trainer. Ongoing learning and reflective practice are central to my approach, so you can be confident that everything I share is up-to-date, evidence-based, and relevant to your birth and parenting journey.
“My partner and I signed up to Emily’s hypnobirthing course and it was hands down our best investment of all our buys throughout pregnancy. Emily is an incredible woman who quite simply helped me have the most magical birth, through her fantastic and educational sessions. Even though my birth wasn’t how I would have chosen it to be on paper, I had the most incredible experience thanks to her tools to help me understand the birthing process, breathing & relaxing techniques; she made a woman who was terrified of giving birth genuinely excited to give birth and confident to make decisions and believe in herself every step of the way. It also helped my husband understand and be the most supportive birth partner. Thank you once again Emily.”
