Why we created the course
When a baby is born so is a parent. Preparing for the time after you have had your baby is just as important as preparing for the birth of your baby. This course is focused on understanding the realities of a newborn and your own expectations, wants and needs as parents.
Time and time again we have heard the following type of phrases from new parents - “I wish people told me it would be like this” and “why does no one talk about the realities of newborn life and the effect on your relationship”, “I wish there was a course that spoke about my new postnatal body and brain“.
This course will help you (and a partner or family support person) unpack how you will feel about the transformational experience, your concerns, your hopes and what you need to feel supported on this journey.
9 VIDEOS (1.5 HOURS) FOR YOU TO WATCH AT YOUR LEISURE, ALONG WITH A NUTRITIONAL WEBINAR
