Thank you for finding your way to my page and I hope that I can support you wherever you are on your journey. As an accredited birth and postnatal doula, a doula coach and hypnobirthing teacher, my work is focused on supporting parents to feel prepared and empowered in their decision making. My own motherhood journey has reaffirmed how important it is to have support and that investing in ourselves and our own wellbeing really can make us better parents, the impact of which lasts a lifetime.
