  • "We had a wonderful, positive birth experience and I truly believe the experience would have been totally different had we not done Emily’s course. It really gave us the power to advocate for ourselves during the birth process. I listened to Emily’s tracks throughout pregnancy then while in labour and I found them invaluable during labour, especially during the drive to the birth centre. Thank you again Emily, we feel like we owe you so much!!"

  • "Highly recommend Emily Bray. As a skeptical first time dad, I was surprised to leave the course with a much improved confidence about the upcoming birth of our first child. The tools and knowledge I gained from the time spent was a worthwhile investment. Emily combines proven science, positive mindset, and a wealth of life experience as a doula to package invaluable courses for families. If you are in two minds, its worth it."

  • "Emily's Antenatal and Hypnobirthing course was amazing and I'd recommend it to ANYONE who's pregnant, plus their birth partners. I learned so much about birth and labour, my choices, interventions, postpartum and breastfeeding, as well as hypnobirthing techniques to manage my mindset and pain.Thank you Emily for hosting such a brilliant course!"
